Veronica is the founder & Chef of Peppered Moon, a full-service catering company and the realization of her passion for culinary arts. By nature, Veronica is a lover of all things visually, artistically and spiritually beautiful. She finds each of these lies in the art of fine cuisine. As such, her first formal training in the culinary world started at the French Culinary Institute in New York City. While training with some of the world’s most talented chefs, she mastered the classic techniques that would become the foundation for her exceptional culinary skills, and also established her ethos of creating and hosting beautiful experiences.

With charm, elegance and true talent in the kitchen, Veronica’s mission is to make all Peppered Moon events an all-encompassing experience; delighting all of your senses and transporting you to an enchanted place.

Eddy Guillemain

Eddy Guillemain, originally from Versailles, near Paris, was born into a family deeply rooted in the restaurant business. His father, a highly successful chef with his own establishment, introduced him to the world of culinary arts from a young age. Eddy's unwavering passion for food and service was nurtured during these formative years.

At the age of 21, Eddy embarked on a journey that took him across continents, spanning Australia, Asia, the United States, and throughout Europe. Over nearly a decade of globetrotting, he garnered invaluable experience working for a diverse array of restaurants and hotels, ranging from prestigious five-star gastronomic establishments to beloved traditional eateries.

Throughout his extensive career in the hospitality industry, Eddy's creativity blossomed, allowing him to continuously elevate his craft. Today, he resides in New York, where he is resolute in his determination to utilize his unique blend of skills and extensive experience to serve others in the most exceptional manner possible.

A long-time caterer and private chef, Jill creates innovative custom menus based on clients' needs and preferences, utilizing the finest ingredients NYC has to offer. She is committed to sustainability and farm-to-table principles, with recipes spanning the globe. Gara Schwartz is a full-service personal stylist who seamlessly assists clients with their fashion needs. She specializes in helping clients who are on a weight loss journey and in need of new wardrobe items that work best with their changing physique. Gara can help clients with closet clean-outs with the goal of keeping timeless items that still work while phasing out some older items. She is a busy New York mom of two young girls who understands the importance of simplifying fashion. Gara creates looks for her clients that fit their specific body types, not always following trends, but creating tailored and unique styles for each person. Most importantly, she wants all of her clients to feel good in their own skin and in what they are wearing.
